Return & Refund<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Welcome to Warehouse 8<\/span>. Before placing an order, please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully.<\/p>\n

This policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, and product-related issues are handled for orders placed through Warehouse 8<\/span> official website.<\/p>\n

ORDER CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Customers may request cancellation within 1 calendar day (24 hours) after placing the order, provided the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.<\/p>\n

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment. If the order has already been shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery under this Policy. If the cancellation or return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the approved return shipping cost.<\/p>\n

If Warehouse 8<\/span> cannot ship within the delivery timeframe stated at checkout, we will notify the customer and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.<\/p>\n

RETURN POLICY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. 30-Day Return<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the return conditions listed below.<\/p>\n

Return Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For a consumer-requested return that is not caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, the product must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

Returned items should include all original accessories, manuals, parts, cables, labels, packaging materials, and any free gifts or promotional items included with the order.<\/p>\n

The product must not show signs of misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, physical damage, water damage, improper storage, overloading, short circuit, reverse polarity connection, or use with incompatible equipment.<\/p>\n

Customers must contact Warehouse 8<\/span> customer service and receive return authorization before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.<\/p>\n

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If the return is caused by the consumer, including a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, selecting an incompatible product, or providing an incorrect address, the consumer is responsible for the approved return shipping fee. The specific fee is based on the carrier and shipping service used.<\/p>\n

If the return is due to Warehouse 8<\/span>, including an item that arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, the consumer is not responsible for the approved return shipping fee. After the issue is verified,Warehouse 8<\/span> will provide a prepaid return label or another approved return solution.<\/p>\n

Because lithium batteries are regulated goods, customers must not arrange or pay for return shipping before receiving written return authorization and shipping instructions from Warehouse 8<\/span>.<\/p>\n

For International Orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For international orders, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, import fees, or other related charges.<\/p>\n

Please contact us before returning an international order so we can confirm the correct return process and return destination.<\/p>\n

2. Returns Be<\/strong>yond 30 Days<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Returns requested after 30 days from the date of delivery may not be accepted, unless the product is covered by an applicable warranty or the issue is confirmed to be quality-related.<\/p>\n

For warranty-related issues after the return period, please refer to our Warranty Policy or contact Warehouse 8<\/span> customer service for assistance.<\/p>\n

3. Quality-Related Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If the product you receive has a confirmed quality issue, defect, or damage caused before delivery, please contact us with your order number, photos, videos, and a detailed description of the issue.<\/p>\n

Warehouse 8<\/span> may review the information and provide an appropriate solution, which may include troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the specific situation.<\/p>\n

If the issue is verified as damage, a defect, or an incorrect item caused by Warehouse 8<\/span>, Warehouse 8<\/span> will cover the approved return shipping cost and may provide a prepaid return label or another authorized solution.<\/p>\n

4. Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The following items may not be eligible for return:<\/p>\n

Products that have been used, installed, modified, damaged, repaired, disassembled, or improperly stored.<\/p>\n

Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity connection, incompatible chargers, overloading, short circuit, water damage, accident, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions.<\/p>\n

Products returned without authorization.<\/p>\n

Products missing original accessories, manuals, packaging, labels, serial numbers, or included promotional items.<\/p>\n

Clearance items, final sale items, customized products, or special promotional products clearly marked as non-returnable. This does not limit remedies for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to Warehouse 8<\/span>, to the extent required by applicable law.<\/p>\n

Gift cards, downloadable products, or other non-physical items.<\/p>\n

LITHIUM BATTERY RETURN SHIPPING SAFETY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For safety reasons, lithium battery products must be returned according to applicable carrier requirements and shipping regulations.<\/p>\n

Customers must not return lithium batteries using unsafe, unauthorized, or improper shipping methods.<\/p>\n

If a return shipment is refused by the carrier, damaged during return shipping, lost due to incorrect shipping information, or returned without proper authorization, Warehouse 8<\/span> may not be responsible for the loss or damage.<\/p>\n

Please contact Warehouse 8<\/span> customer service before shipping any battery product back to ensure proper return instructions are followed.<\/p>\n

REFUND POLICY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Refund Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect the product to confirm whether it meets our return requirements.<\/p>\n

If the return is approved, we will process the refund according to the original order payment method, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, Warehouse 8<\/span> may refuse the refund, issue a partial refund, or return the item to the customer.<\/p>\n

2. Refund Processing Time<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We will inspect the returned product within 5 business days after it is delivered to the authorized return address.<\/p>\n

If the return is approved, Warehouse 8<\/span> will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.<\/p>\n

After the refund is issued, it typically appears in the customer\u2019s account within 5\u201310 business days, depending on the bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider. If the refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider and Warehouse 8<\/span> customer service.<\/p>\n

Original shipping fees, handling fees, payment processing fees, taxes, duties, customs fees, and other non-refundable costs may not be refunded unless required by applicable law or confirmed by Warehouse 8<\/span>.<\/p>\n

3. Refund Method<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method used for the order.<\/p>\n

If the original payment method is unavailable, expired, closed, or no longer valid, please contact us for assistance.<\/p>\n

Warehouse 8<\/span> is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, payment processors, or third-party payment platforms.<\/p>\n

4. Refund Ineligibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A refund may not be available in the following situations:<\/p>\n

The product was used, installed, modified, damaged, or returned incomplete.<\/p>\n

The product was damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, incompatible equipment, water damage, improper charging, overloading, short circuit, accident, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions.<\/p>\n

The product was returned without prior authorization.<\/p>\n

The product was returned after the approved return period.<\/p>\n

The product was lost or damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging or an unauthorized shipping method.<\/p>\n

The order was marked as final sale, clearance, customized, or otherwise non-refundable.<\/p>\n

UNAUTHORIZED OR ABANDONED RETURNS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If a returned product is sent to the wrong warehouse, returned without authorization, refused by the customer, or abandoned after delivery failure, additional handling or disposal fees may apply.<\/p>\n

If the customer does not respond to our communication within a reasonable period of time, Warehouse 8<\/span> may treat the returned or abandoned item according to warehouse disposal rules.<\/p>\n

Warehouse 8<\/span> is not responsible for storage fees, disposal fees, additional shipping fees, or losses caused by incorrect return procedures, unauthorized returns, or failure to follow our return instructions.<\/p>\n

ELIGIBLE PROMOTIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If your order included discount codes, coupons, bundle discounts, free gifts, promotional pricing, or other special offers, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the promotion rules.<\/p>\n

If a free gift or promotional item was included with the order, it may need to be returned together with the product. If it is not returned, the value of the promotional item may be deducted from the refund.<\/p>\n

Discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be refunded separately.<\/p>\n
